Skype's future applications for Windows Phone and Facebook may create deeper, richer experiences for users, according to the communications company, as its partnerships with those companies begin to unfold.

Motorola is open to developing phones that run Windows Phone OS, as Microsoft's mobile platform begins to gain momentum.
