Ultra VideoSamsung presented ‘F500’ dubbed ‘Ultra Video’, a new addition of its premium product lineup Ultra Slim mobile phone series during CES 2007.

While sharing the same features and ‘sweeping’ US with the F300 dual-face Ultra music, the F500 can also be used as a portable mobile TV to play various multimedia contents with swiveling LCD.

Skype will run on Nokia N800Skype and Nokia announced a collaboration to develop a new mobile Skype experience on the Nokia N800 Internet Tablet, introduced earlier today.

The collaboration builds on the familiarity and richness of desktop Skype and makes it mobile. The Nokia N800's small size and easy wireless connectivity frees Skype users from their desktop, allowing Skype conversations to take place anywhere, as long as there is an available wireless Internet connection.

Motorola Ming Is it only in the UK that the word "ming" is common parlance for something unpleasant and/or disgusting? I'm guessing that definition hasn't reached Asia, anyway, where Motorola market the Ming touchscreen smartphone. Already a success with fashionistas and the linguistically-impaired, due to its attractive design and ability to instantly translate words both on-screen and out-loud, Motorola are betting on it being a hit with executives and power-users now that they've packed EDGE high-speed cellular data in there as well.

Samsung and Google cooperate for new phone serviceSamsung and Google announced that they will cooperate to provide phones enabled with quick and easy access to Google’s services, including the search engine itself, the Gmail email system and the Maps service. Beginning in early 2007, selected Samsung phones will be provided with Google products and services. Samsung has already launched the SGH-Z720 as the first phone with Google mobile search and Gmail services. It is 13.8mm (0.55”) slim slider with HSDPA, Bluetooth, 3-megapixel camera and MP3 player.
