Announcing the results of its "Women in a Wireless World" survey, Sprint concluded that women are also more interested in ringtones than men (54 percent compared to 42 percent) and are more likely to use ringtones to personalize their phone (81 percent compared to 75 percent). The survey findings show that when compared to men, women are also more likely to want their phone within reach 24 hours a day (37 percent to 30 percent). Communicating with family beyond just making phone calls is certainly one reason: 70 percent of woman indicate they text message with family members, and 61 percent indicate they take pictures of their family with a camera phone. And the style of mobile phone overwhelming preferred by women? The flip phone, garnering 72 percent of responses. Mobile Usage The majority of women, 89%, say their mobile phone is a time-saver. The first significance of this handset is it’s form-factor: it has turning display (180 degrees) and can be both regular clamshell and PDA-like phone. It has been announced as Free Folder Satellite DMB phone; the model is meant for entertaining purposes. It also has a shorter name: SCH-B450. The new SCH-B450 DMB phone is made as a gaming phone as well. When you turn the screen horizontally, the keypad is arranged nicely for game control. The screen will automatically activate the Landscape mode when the LCD screen is switched. The landscape mode also give a better view when mobile subscribers watch digital media broadcast programs. The predecessor of Z1 silver is Z1 black released in Q1 2004 in Korea. Z1 is equipped with 2.2 inch display, 1.3 megapixel camera, MP3 and it’s only 14,8mm thick. Pricing is expected to be between $500 and $600 USD. Motorola claims that release of Z1 is achievement of Korean subdivision. No word on US market expansion. By mobilekorea.tv |
