Today memory expansion cards are used in the majority of the mobile devices. The prices for them decrease and the capacity and choice increase, which is neat. PQD company presented 3 novelties: CF, SD and miniSD standard memory cards. CF card are up to 4Gb having speed of 15Mb/s. Such card costs about 500USD.
