With a bit of snooping around T-Mobile’s G1 site, users of the Android Community were able to unearth some official pictures of the upcoming Android-powered, T-Mobile-driven G1. As we already told you, the G1 will be officially unveiled later today and understanding your insatiable appetite to know everything about Android, we thought we could let you in on a sneak peek before the big bang.

This actually confirms that the picture we saw last month was indeed the G1 or Dream if you will, and may very well mean that the rumored specs might also hold some water. Still, we are only hours away from the official announcement, so let’s wait and see how much of what we already know about Google’s first device is confirmed.
