NTT DoCoMo, Japan’s largest mobile operator, unveils its new phones called SO-01A (or SO907i). Created by Sony Ericsson, seems this phone has both physical and virtual keypad - yeah meaning that it’s a touchscreen phone. 
There are no further information regarding its specifications and features but we can take a look at pictures in this page for more insights. Since it will be launched by DoCoMo, seems this phone will be working in 3G/W-CDMA network. Source |
