Motorola announced a new name for its smartphone (announced earlier as A1200) which is Motorola MING. The Chinese hieroglyph ming is a combination of sun and moon signs which means brightness, sincerity and understanding. The smartphone works on the basis of OS Linux. It is equipped with a stylish transparent cover for sensor display. The smartphone also has Intel PXA270 processor, 2Mp camera, MP3 player, stereo FM radio and Bluetooth interface. The handset supports document viewing, handwriting recognition and POP3 e-mail.
