NTT and RealNetworks announced that they have signed an agreement which is the first step in developing Mobile Streaming Server software by RealNetworks Mobile to encourage new possibilities of video streaming DoCoMo is going to add to existing V-Live service. Both DoCoMo and RealNetwork hope that by this they will give a wider range of possibilities to content providers.
